In a lawyer's work, much of the most important information appears during a conversation: the client describes the history of the case, the team agrees on strategy, and names, dates, amounts and tasks are mentioned. The problem is that the conversation disappears the moment it ends.
That is why at BezpiecznaKancelaria.pl we created two complementary ways to record: the voice recorder in the BK app and VOXLEX, a simple hardware recorder designed for uninterrupted recording.
Voice recorder in the Bezpieczna Kancelaria app
In the BK app, a lawyer can immediately select the matter the recording relates to. As a result, the material is not created as an anonymous file that later requires manual organization.
A recording in the BK app is encrypted on the phone, and the encrypted material is then sent to the system.
Why VOXLEX is needed
A phone remains a communication device. An incoming call can disrupt or stop recording in the app. VOXLEX works independently of the phone and performs one task: it records continuously.
During long meetings, briefings or other situations where losing even a few minutes of conversation would be a problem, a separate recorder may be the better choice.
VOXLEX can also record phone calls
VOXLEX can record a phone call regardless of which device you use. It is not tied to the phone's operating system or to a call recording app.

If the conversation is audible in the room, VOXLEX, as an independent recorder, can record it. After it ends, the material can be sent to BK, transcribed, linked to a matter and used in further work.
VOXLEX has a different security profile
A file saved on the VOXLEX device itself is not encrypted in the same way as a recording created in the BK app. Until it is transferred to the law firm's secure environment, the device should be treated as a storage medium containing confidential data.

A secure agent handles recordings
After a recording is delivered to Bezpieczna Kancelaria, the user should not have to manually copy, name and process each file. A secure agent can detect new recordings, determine how many there are, download them and pass them on to the next stage.

Automatic transcription and speaker identification
After the material is uploaded, a transcript can be prepared. The system can also distinguish individual speakers, so later search is not limited to what was said, but can also include who said it.

A full transcript of an hour-long meeting can be lengthy. AI can prepare a short summary, key facts, decisions, tasks, deadlines and questions that require clarification. The original audio and transcript remain the source you can return to.
A recording can help bill work time
If a meeting lasted 67 minutes, the system knows the length of the material. In Bezpieczna Kancelaria, the recording length can be used to add time spent on a given matter.
A lawyer should not work for free just because they forgot to start a separate stopwatch.
